For several years, I have been on a journey to find an extraordinary olive oil from the land of my ancestors…my beloved Italia. This journey brought me to the southern region of Puglia, an agriculturally rich and productive area known for distinctive and high-quality olives. The sun is intense in this region and olive trees dominate the beautiful landscape for as far as the eye can see. The dream of capturing the taste and aroma I have loved since childhood is now a reality.

The foundation and theme of my life has been rooted in peace. As a result, I named this olive oil ‘Domus Pacis’ (house of peace) to echo that part of me I now want to share with you. ​

I have personally selected two types of monocultivar oils to present to you. Monocultivar means that each oil is made with a single variety of olive. Pure and genuine, these ancient oils are rich in polyphenols. The result is a powerful and delicious antioxidant that helps support good health and well-being.
